Welcome Diamond

This year Santa sent an Elf to watch over my children for the month before Christmas.  We read the book to Kiersten and you can tell she wasn't sure about this elf thing.  However, she gave her a name... DIAMOND and looked forward to see what kind of adventures Diamond would get into each night!  Every morning she is in a new spot and she is for sure taking notes on if my children are being good or bad for Santa.

Game Night

Although life gets busy and we forget to do the little things all the time... I try to get a game night in once in a while for our family.  Its getting funner with Kiersten getting older and being able to do games beyond Chutes and Ladders or CandyLand.

Sister Time

Kiersten loves helping with her sister and I finally got a picture of her giving her sister a bath in the sink.  I think this was one of the last sink baths...she is growing up to fast!

Bonnalie Family Photos November 2012

Last Christmas we got my parents a gift of a photo session with a local photographer in Orofino.  So this year we finally were able to get down there and have them all taken.  They turned out amazing and I'll be having our families blown up and put on canvases on my wall.  I just love them.  Its a reminder that I need to have them done more often as my girls only stay small for a short period of time!

Trick or Treat 2012

Kiersten was Tinkerbell once again and Katelyn was a pink bunny rabbit. This was the first year for Katelyn and she was still to little to understand what was going on. She mainly stayed in the stroller in her warm cuddly Rabbit Costume.  We had a great time walking around Kristen Lockler's neighborhood with Cade and Aubrey Dever.IMG_0375

Pumpkin carving 2012

This year we kept the carving simple! Kiersten loved drawing on the pumpkins, and George carved her two! George was the artist of both my pumpkin and his! Enjoy!

Carver Farms 2012

This year George wasn't able to do the pumpkin patch with us, Therefore instead of just me trucking both the girls up to Greenbluff, I decided, we would do a smaller farm, Carver Farms.  We go to this family owned farm every year for Christmas trees and strawberry picking, however have never done pumpkins here.  It was a great way to get out of the house for the girls and go to a pumpkin patch but not to much that a mom couldn't handle by herself.  When we got there I put Katelyn in the front pack and we were off.  We got to ride the wagon out to the pumpkins and Kiersten got to pick out a pumpkin.  The worst part of it was that Kiersten only got to get one pumpkin because I can only carry so much! Regardless of the amount of pumpkins we DIDN'T get...Kiersten still had a blast and Katelyn wasn't sure what to think about it all.  I will definitely look forward to next year when Katelyn can get up and around and find her own pumpkin!
