First look... into our future
We had the chance today to go up and see a piece of property that may be ours in the future. Cameron, one of George's best friends who works for Timbered Ridge told us about a piece of property they just purchased and will be subdividing in the coming year. We want a little bit a land but not so much that we can't maintain, 5 acres would be ideal. Here they are subdividing anywhere from 4 to 10 acre parcel's. It's kind of cool as we got to come up here before any construction is taking place so if we do purchase, we will have seen it go from one big mountain to the housing complex.
This is looking straight up the hill towards our future property hopefully. Our driveway would go up this hill somewhere. And our house would sit at the top.
This is looking down the mountain towards high Prairie Road.
Standing on the top of the property looking south.

Selling out home... prep mode!
We are in the process of getting our home ready to sell. Although this has come quick, since we just bought the river property last summer, we are ready for a bigger house. And so all the to do lists have began! The bathrooms and laundry rooms were the biggest to do! New flooring!

Locking up the Riverbank for 2015
This summer was one of the best. We were able to buy the Riverbank back in May/June of this year and if this summer treated us well. We had the time of our lives on the river this summer and its only bound to get better! We made so many memories this year with friends and family and we can't wait to do it year after year! But for now its already October and we must lockup the gate for the summer! Thanks friends for all the good times and we can't wait to share our piece of heaven with all of you again next summer.
